Hi, I’m back home on leave in sterling heights after being stationed out in japan.
From what I have read in the few pages of this thread, my outlook is bleak, but are there any random SF4 machines in the area?
I was going to buy SF4 japan version for my U.S. PS3…it comes out 2/13, 09 I believe…but Play Asia sent me a warning that people with U.S. PS3 should beware of a soon to be released PS3 update that will render japanese SF4 disc unplayable on North American machines.
How long are you gonna be around Slinkun? It comes out in under 2 weeks anyways.
If you wanna come out to Ann Arbor we have a big tournament on the 22nd (check the events board) and we’ll be playing a lot of casuals after it comes out for sure.
Aw, dang, too bad. I’m going to be heading to San Diego on the 21ist for a school. I would have loved to be talking trash right now with what I’d be throwing down too. 
I’d love to hit up some casuals though, I’m a wealth of knowledge when it comes to matchups and game mechanics for SF4. Back in japan I have a 15k bp guile and a 13k bp claw. Nothing too impressive, but I get my arse handed to me by some really good players (30k bp plus) enough to know what not to do. Just still working on training my hands not to get baited into stuff. The Japanese play much more patiently than American’s do in general, and can bait you in to doing what they want you to do much easier as a result.

Random comment but, im looking for malpractice/negligence lawyers in the Michigan area. Specifically Livingston if anyone knows. Does anyone have any opinion on any, or anything like that. Right now I have Harris & associates in Southfield, MI Raddison Plaza sucks. Any others? Or better yet… any good ones?

Haha, thanks for the offer. One of the parts of being home for leave from overseas is spending time with my family, which I’ll probably be doing for the first week or so. I’m not too big on GG either and didn’t really “feel” blazblue while I was in Japan. It felt pretty clunky to me and couldn’t really grasp the timing of anything and didn’t want to stray from my strict SF4 diet. I heard some talk about TvC though which I’ve had a bit of practice in while I was overseas. I used to be really good at 3rd strike, but I haven’t played in ages, and SF4 has trained me to hit SRK when they jump at me 100% of the time, so I’d probs get owned in that. I also play the dreaded gasp smash and enjoy it thoroughly for the competitive aspects.

Anyways, I’ll be going on a ski trip for three days and will be up for anything post thursday. I’ll post back then.
Smash used to be my main game, so I know a lot of players around here (it’s pretty big in Ann Arbor).
Anyways, enjoy the family stuff. I’ll let you know the plans for sf4 once it comes out.

Yea trust me, I never trusted my doctors but I never expected them to go as far as they have. Anyway it wasnt anything like giving me bad medicine to say. (although that is true in some sences. I have trouble even getting a boner anymore after the doctors gave me some shit. -_- And I still have not fully recoverd after being in the hospital last summer for a while with the stuff they gave me. =/ But anyway…)Basically I guess ever since I first got sick my liver has been fucked up. And UofM has been writing that I told them I drink. Which of course is ridiculous since ive never drinking in my life. And I guess UofM has been lieing about a lot of other tests ive had done before, and have even gone as far as to try and fake my signature as well. Anyway its a really shitty situation. As it stands now, I guess ive basically been dieing the past 6 years from PBC, and theres a pretty good chance I have about 4 years or so left. Im trying to sue my doctors, but apparently theres a law in Michigan that you have to sue with in the first 2 years that something happens. And since I only just found out with in the last year…

Whats even worse is AJ works at UofM, and since ive been diagnosed with sjogerns as well UofM apparently has ethier deleted all my files/records or didnt write any in the first place all these years for all my eye visits. As they no longer exisit. Its ridiculous. AJ said he tried checking and all thats left in the CPU is that I had appointments at UofM, but it no longer says what there for, and no doctors notes or anything. The only doctor note left is one from janurary that says ive been sick a couple months or some BS. Its ridiculous. And my rheumatologist was saying the sjogerns is what could have giving me all the carpal tunnel/ulnar nerve neuropathy/parthesisa that spread through out my body. And of course dont forget that ive been loseing my eye sight, and all my teeth are starting to crack.
Its a really shitty situation. I obviously have some papers of proof where they tried to fake my sig on things ive never seen before, and test results ive never seen before. But when there deleting shit like this, its just my word vs theres, what the appointments were about.
Oh and lets not even get into today(well yesterday)where they gave me a note saying im not allowed to bring any of family members with me to the doctors anymore if there over 18! WTF. As well ive started bringing my brother as well for more proof when they lie besides me tapeing them…
Blah so yea… in short, i guess im dieing, and yea my life still sucks… What about you? lol
Got my copy of SF4 earlier today, ended up spending damn near 6 hours playing it with my buddies. Unlocked everyone but Seth, too…it’s been pretty awesome so far.
