And the animals are playable…which makes it so STUPID.

The tournaments are still on…only one thing. The 3S tournament is going to be on console on the PS2. It will still be held at Pinball Pete’s however. The arcade cabinet won’t be able to be fixed till sometime this week.
We are going to bring in a TV with a Ps2 and two sticks but if you don’t like playing on someone else’s sticks then bring your own. The tournament will be held in the area where they host birthday parties.
The CvS2 tournament is still going to be held on the arcade cabinet.

MC, SST has some of the best music I’ve heard in a fighting game soundtrack…its full of traditional japanese music, even the “Africa” board has african music…I know thats not earth shattering but I thought it was a nice touch. The gameplay, hit boxes and such seemed ok…just grabbing seemed strange to me…however Tim and Master of King didn’t notice anything.
For some reason, the boards seemed shorter and more compact…maybe its just me. It would seem that somebody with a nice “keep away” game could own SST. Ivy’s excellent Basara would seem to be “tier” on this game. However, beware of MOK…thats all I’m gonna say on that.

Today was the first weekly tournament and it didn’t go as well as planned. From here on out I will be networking with everyone to make sure that each tournament has a sufficient turnout.
Next week is the superbowl so there won’t be any tournaments then, but after that everything will be back on schedule.
