Sunday’s my worst possible day to enter any tournaments until the summer hits, but I can’t speak for everyone.
And surely, there won’t be a tournament on Super Bowl Sunday…that would be blasphemy.

Actually about the 3S and CvS2 tournaments, the pots will be split 60/20/10 instead of 60/30/10. 10% goes to Pinball Pete’s.

and i’m still lovin’ it. 
played some SF2:CE at a local arcade recently. Honda, of course. Everyone seemed to be simple to beat, until I got to Guile. Why, oh why, does Guile NOT have to charge his Flash Kick?! For the life of me, I cannot remember him being like that. I know that as a player, you have to charge it, but the computer never needed to – in other words, Walking Flash Kicks ruled me.
Speaking of arcades as well, House of the Dead 4 just came out recently. The game absolutely ROCKS. That is, if you like shooters. If any of you get a chance to play it, I suggest doing so. They didn’t step up the graphics much since part 3, but now you can use a limited supply of grenades, the standard gun is an uzi (!), and there’s this feature where you can shake the gun in order to ‘shake’ enemies off of you, open doors, and more. It’s kinda neat. Also very HARD, but most HotD games are.
and I don’t know why I posted that on a fighting game forum, but oh well.

CPU never had to charge it’s moves. Balrog used to do endless lunge punches until he chipped you to death.
Is this arcade the gameworks? I know they have house of the dead 4, and the mario kart arcade game.
dont think 5 would be a problem, that sounds tight, when should we try to set this up?
hehe, hell yeah, looking foward to it, this type of thing was my general goal with all the trash talking, i hope all the other ppl who want to play a couple $ matches come to these sunday tourneys so we can do it, its more fun that way, plus it might get some ppl to actually make the trip to A2. Didnt get to play you really last time you were in A2, should be some good $ matches :wgrin:

The arcade I was referring to is Dave & Busters, on Hall Rd. But damn – Gameworks has Mario Kart AC?! No freakin’ way!! I pretty much assumed that Michigan arcades were never going to see it, since 1) It’s cool (assumingly), and 2) most Michigan arcades consist of games that don’t matter anymore.
Well I’ll be damned. I’m going to have to go to Gameworks now. Wait, scratch that – myself, Toppercool, and a few other people have to go to Gameworks SIMULTANEOUSLY now. Must …play …MKAC.
and a thought on HotD4 – Sega would be stupid to not put this game on Revolution. The controller screams ‘light gun game’, has a trigger button, has the A button on top (for grenades), and the controller is gyro-sensitive, so the ‘shake’ function in the game would translate over perfectly. Come on, Sega…the entire population of Light Gun gamers would love you immensily for it! …or you could make a Sega Classics Collection game where Golden Axe DOESN’T get re-made, and DOESN’T suck, but that must be a hard stunt to pull off. :rolleyes: Sorry bout that – they screwed it up big time, and it still gets to me.

Garbage-decent? That don’t sound too good even though you stated your respect towards us in earlier posts. There’s more talent there than you think (some is up-and-coming). Perhaps myself and the others will have to demonstrate that in the future tournaments…whether it’s CvS2, 3rd Strike, Tekken or even NGBC people will acknowledge the WSU. Keep a lookout.
