How big of a difference is there between the DC 3s and arcade/Ps2 3s? I have the DC 3s and want to practice on it but I don’t want to learn a whole bunch of shit on DC only to play the “real” version and have to start all over.

Well although im obviously more freinds with the aa guys then detroit guys… Its deffitnly a hard argument to try and lesson detroits ummmm impact on michigan. VDO, Julian, and TKK all had impressive records for a long long time. And almost always won all the bigger tournies… Only thing that maybe detroit didnt do as well as some other places was in some out of state tournies they were not always the highest places(cough me cough har har har… Yea im vain but what can I say.) Although I also think its fair to say that in a way it was baised… as… 90% of the bigger tournies where thrown at wizzards. And unless you were from wizzards there was a huge chance you thought the sticks were ass. So saying that I think it was hard for a lot of people to even have a totaly fair chance against them… Like the odds were stacked against people… Though I guess to counter this… Again a huge amount of skill was basicly only going to wizzards again VDO, jullian, TKK, AVX etc all were good, and I guess if you want to play you have to go where the good people were playing… And of course there is the other argument that… Well pinball petes sticks are pretty ass to… So… it was a no win sitution I guess…
Anyway im babbling… I dont think this arguement going on right now is very pointfull. Cvs2 was only alive for the first couple years or whatever… Its been dead for awhile… And although of course again im vain as fuck so I deffintly would argue it if I was in a pissing mood or cared enough… Detroit> anything else in MI. Just to hard to argue with there overall record.
And as for AA specficly… I mean Bhaskar really was only the really great player from there. Sure you had AJ who did well in the couple tournments he enterd, scott,nick did ok a few times… But really was cvs2 was big AA was only kinda just… there.
I think people like cullen, kolongi… Are just… To late… In a way… if if woulda been a few years ago, all good and stuff… But now its kinda like… shrug…

seriously, Blanka is stupid in CvS2. I don’t endorse the playing of a character who is obviously powerful. BUT – for obvious reasons – I stopped playing CvS1 SO LONG ago, just for how cheaply stupid the whole system is. F that game.
I’m seriously sorry for every time I’ve ever picked Blanka in CvS2 now…I only picked him due to my love of charge characters…but that there is just stupid.

and KOF2k3…just unlocked the two boss characters…both will never be picked by yours truly – how DUMB are they?! But then again, that’s SNK bosses for ya. I’m having a lot of fun with Dairou lately though…he seems, i dunno, easier to play now(?).
