I agree that marriage can wait until itâs really time Kinn. In fact thatâs been the main issue the past few days with me and my girl. Iâm trying to explain to her that I am trying to stay here for us, but if I canât weâll just have to put a hold off on our plans. She sees it as me just saying that I want to leave and is pretty upset with me. I canât deal with the negativity right now. itâs out of my hands what will happen, but she donât see it that way. So I donât know whatâs gonna happen with us. But I trust whatvever happens is meant to so Iâll just have to see.

I can see her standpoint. Good black men are few and far between, she sees that you have potential and she wants to latch onto you and force you into a commitment before its too lateâŚsorta selfish if you ask me. If shes secure in her relationship with you, she shouldnât worryâŚlook at George and Jen, been going together for yearsâŚbut waited to get married untill it was RIGHT for themâŚonly then. Its a beautiful thing to see. But tying the knot so soon before youâve even established yourself is in my opinion prelude to disaster. You leave yourself open to all sorts of issues and arguments that will put pressure on the relationship, and we wonât even talk about pregnancyâŚthen your nuts belong to her regardless if you stay together or not. What good is a 6 figure salary if half of it goes to child support, to a child that will often times will not see that support anyway by the time that check gets there.
