Let me address the valid points you believe you have.
First paragraph: You don’t know the difference between basics, and normal attacks. Therefore, we can’t debate on that subject til you get an understanding of what knowing the basics, and normal attacks are, and knowing the difference between them. You actually told on yourself, and proved my point.
Normals are attacks that are in the game when you hit buttons. Basics are bread and butter combos, etc that you do on your opponent when given the chance, done without thought or hesitation. What I tried to teach you way back is the foundation of knowing the “basics”, but it got boring to you, remember? Why? because your execution doesn’t allow you to do much else, right? That’s what crouching middle kick to fireball would have helped you have. Good execution. You completely proven my fucking point in this regard, and you don’t even know what you were arguing against.
Second: Fumbling through a match.
Depending on what character you have, controlling space, atteacking, etc should be second nature by now. Mindless fumbling is never calculated. (god, this is too easy)
Third: My complaining
The only things I have complained about in CvS2 is the aspect of rolling, and the current speed of the game. Over the years, games have gotten progressively slower, to cater to those who can’t think fast enough to keep up. This game is very slow, to allow more frames and time to properly RC. RCing is not my problem. Speed is. Its slow, but I can still function on that setting. As for respect, I give it when I FEEL it is due. As does anyone else. What do you care? Apparently you do, cause you brought it up…Hell, I gave Benny respect, and what happened? He thought he was bad ass enough to call me out…Now, he avoids me…Guess why? For the record, if i didn’t respect you, I wouldn’t say shit to you one way or the other…
Fourth: You playing me.
Your callout is null and void. Playing me is one thing. Beating me is another. But, if you must, HF or ST. Actually, in HF, I’ll let Uber deal with ya.
Skill, by my definition.
Having more than a general knowledge of characters, games, tactics and strategies, and being capable of utilizing them in battle. RCing at the right times takes skill (damn you, Keshawn). Keep in mind, that is my opinion. You tell me whether you have it or not, by my definition. Also, give me your definition…
Also, having the ability to adapt to whatever game fairly quickly, whether you have played it before or not. Remember Matrimelee, Robo?
