You just love being Pro-SNK, anti anything else, huh? Uber just told us the turnout for the tourneys, and you still whine. 60 ppl in a national tournament not good enough for you? Its plenty of ppl who love SNK, myself included. Its more than you think, its just the games aren’t at Wizzards cuz when they put them in, no one plays.

In regards to GG, if I wasn’t using Chipp, I only lost like twice. If I’m not the best, I’m definitely in the top, oh… let’s say top 5.
Anti anything else? Hardly. I play Mario Kart, Naurto, 3rd Strike, Guilty Gear, Killer Instinct. and countless other games. I’m well aware that you enjoy SNK games, as well as countless others who frequent FNG, hence my overall enjoyment of FNG. Not everyone there, naturally, but most of 'em. Outside of that, pretty much anywhere else on this site, GameFAQs, and a few other sites I frequent, SNK is bashed to no end. I wasn’t ‘flaming’ Ubersaurus, just stating that SNK receives no love. Not everyone hates it, just like not everyone LOVES Marvel (I’m definitely anti Marvel. Not Marvel Superheroes, though), I’m well aware of that.
And no, 60 ppl ain’t enough for me .

In regards to GGI,
it’s too early to say, but for right now, I can’t really see this being all that deep like #R.
The new Turning system is not intuitive. You’ll need a few games( at least ) to get used to it.
Arcade mode is basically #R and XX version of Survival Mode( except you can continue ). EX modes are a pain to unlock.
Boost Mode IMO is bad. The Controls are rather bad. The Enemies( Zako A, B, and C ) are rather bland and drawn badly.
RKII is rather interesting, but I haven’t messed around with it much( only a day to play it, and not that much at that. )
I miss no IK, but I can live with that.
I can see 1 vs 2 Battle being very annoying, 2 vs 2 would probably be fun( but very chaotic )
1 vs 1 is very much like reg GG, except getting used to turning, back attacks, and Level/Plain Changes.
You’ll want to get used to using
Turn + HS = Change Level/Plain
Turn + S = Level/Plain attack( hit’s opponent to other Level/Plain )
S + K = Back Attack( as the name implies, it knocks the opponent pretty far )
Anyways, hope to play you guys sometime in the near future, GGI or #R.

Look at it this way though. The last attempt at a national SNK tournament was back in the days of KOF 2000, in Texas…although they advertised the shit out of it, only 5 people ended up coming. 60 people is amazing. The Evo people have to take note of that kind of turnout, because even if it isn’t as great as say, CvS2, or GGXX, it’s a start. It shows an SNK scene, even if its kinda small, can start up. What’s really amazing is how that the tourney even got ran, considering the main guy who was running it got held up at the airport and couldn’t make it, so it was up to all the volunteers to operate it.
I’m just hoping that DVD they talked about releasing from it does get made

Went to a 80’s Club the other night, Hollow wouldnt dance
but the one time he got up there he, all the ladies flocked over to watch and some even took pictures!!
They mostly Flocked to see Juan dancing right next to him… and tried to take pictures of juan, but kevin just kept getting in the way… anyways it was fun!
we were saying how Techno and Robo would love this club.
