Whether intentionally or not, they fucked up and left out 2 blocks from the default avatar script, the upload and the management frames are lost.
EDIT: Judging by the performance of their server(s?) lately, Iâd guess that theyâre either grandfathering in anyone whoâs already got an avatar, and then trying to hock paid-memberships to people to change theirs to support the licensing on this new forum code and server maintenance, or itâs part of the aformentioned situation, and theyâre still writing their custom code for image handling on that end, since the defaults for invasion powerboard, phpBB, and vBulletin all are 80x80@15k, and need to be rewritten to check for other aspects. (Not that itâs hard of course, but itâs probably not high on their to-do list.)
