Also I had a little chat with CBT Fernando and he gave me some details on the next CBT event going down on Dec. 9th.

just some points of interest:
-this one will not be held at a college campus but in a warehouse in the desgin disctrict. http://awarehousemiami.com/
-we are gonna go with the normal pot split model of usual tournaments (70/20/10)
-entry to tournaments will likely be $10 which will go to the pot
-there will also be a likelihood of a $10 door fee though there will be the usual casuals, raffles, food/drink as usual with the cbt events.
-also trying to organize a large group of food trucks outside the venue.

  • there will also be different early registration incentives

I’m going to see the venue on Monday and will be working closely with them to ensure everything goes well. Hope we get an even better turnout than the last which was around 60.
