To put into perspective, you really aren’t supposed to have more than 25% of your income go to rent/mortage, which means that sugar daddy would need to be pulling 375K or more a year to afford the house they were looking at, and that’s not even considering that huge house probably costs a grand in electricity per month. Funny you should post that @Starhammer. This girl I’m dating is a mortgage broker and she was just telling me this story about this couple that moved into this house they custom built. Only problem is, they haven’t bought the house yet and it looks like they’re probably going to be getting a divorce because the woman is super high maintenance. Not just that but this couple has five kids, only one of which the guy is the father of. According to my girl, it seems like this woman is basically trying to take this guy for a ride and the guys deciding that he doesn’t want to buy the house now because there’s a possibility he’s going to wind up getting divorced, she’ll get the house, and then he’ll have to pay child support. Add to that the fact that this chick is about 17 years younger than he is and he probably should have seen this shit coming what with the fact that she already had four kids before they got together.
Brah. Five kids. New house. The girlfriend is young enough to be his daughter, and she has FOUR of the five kids? And only NOW is he worried about things going south? ** I should spam the gif, but I won’t.**
