If you tell the right employees, shit will get done. There are only two techs, one works on monday, the other works weekends. If you tell the cashier working at the golf counter, 10% chance they’ll let the tech know whats up. The other 90%, well, they’re more focused on getting your nerdy ass out of their face so they can go back to daydreaming and watching the clock tick down. Believe it or not, they have a large binder full of game problems.
From what I’ve heard, the best way to have a problem fixed was emailing them through their website.

cvs2 is working fine on both cabs
the h2h cab is weird though, it expects 2 tokens instead of 1. we gotta take it up with the big dawgs and get this shit settled. other than that, on the main to main cab, the first player stick got a replacement and it feels perfect.

CvS2 H2h P2 side lacks a fierce unless you count tapping to the right and somehow getting fierce as having one…as of Wed night. 
they need to fix those buttons on the SFIV console stations, but it’s nice to go to an arcade and be able to play sakura =). $6 all you can play wednesdays is ridiculous.
