The dead body thing happened at all points in MGO’s life, if I recall. It could just happen spontaneously. However, if you pull your cord when dead, it could cause it to happen, at least, initially, Konami actually implemented something that stopped that from happening.

I just remember how hilariously bad snipping was in this game. you couldn’t even run with the svd equipped. you HAD to camp in order to actually use it…ever. might get a ps2 depending on the number of people get on. its pretty slow on my computer even tho the computer is pretty new/decent.
pretty much yeah. if people are willing to just buy a ps2+code breaker disc is all. not sure how stable the server is. I didnt even get to play yet. that and I am not comfortable with the controls at all lol…(shit is WEIRD). the camera is weird. you have to keep hitting L1 just to observe the area. I mean I remember all this…just dont remember it being this random lol…
I got too comfortable with mgo2 I guess.
Server is pretty solid near as I can tell, but I mean, it’s at under 100 people, and there’s only a couple lobbies up at a time. It’s hard to say if it won’t fall apart.
I just bought the Metal Gear collection today…just wanted to inform you that my fellow snake heads
the MGS games (Revengeance was FUCKING SWEEEET I hope they make a second game) and with it stories has really made an impact on me and my way of thinking…I will always be a fan of these games since they’re more than games, they tell a story about how life and how the whole system is build and structured since the beginning of time. Everything is a manuscript and we all are a part of it wheter we know it or not…free will is a myth
Revolver Ocelot is the only one who wants to brake free from the system (a rival living a lie)
That’s why I like these games and the story because the story is for a greater cause a more indepth analysis of us humans and what is to come in the future, Kojima and the elites are preparing us for something big soon…I think that MGS5 will blow out everything and everygame that has ever been made. MGS5 will write history

"I'm using war as a business to get elected... so I can end war as a business! In my new America, people will die and kill for what they BELIEVE! Not for money. Not for oil! Not for what they're told is right. Every man will be free to fight his own wars!"

Tldr
I poured out my heart and soul into that post…
snake…SNAKE…SNAAAAAAAAAAAAKE
Nickguy doesn’t believe in MGS stories
I have a strange feeling that a certain someone is going to incite a debate involving The Boss…
Revengeance is on PSN plus for gratis next month, gonna give it another try I played the demo and thought the game sucked -_- but I guess for the sake of it being MGSy it deserves another chance.
Mgs1 and 2 are probably the last times I actually screamed and got personally invested in a video games story. Ahhh the good old days
Out of the series, MGS3 resonates the most with me.
Big Boss gets his ass kicked six ways to sunday, and his emotions from the time he began operation snake-eater to getting the rank of BIG BOSS is what makes the game so special.
I felt like Raiden had a more complete character journey than BB, BBs was just told in a simpler format

No one’s heartless enough to put you out on the street.
Isn’t it only on PS+ in Europe?
Yea you are right, hmmm thought everybody got the same deal, ah well
Had to laugh at SFxT cheaper DLC lol that should go in the capcom thread.
I don’t know what kept me from playing Revengeance. I like Metal Gear, Platinum, and action games but despise everything that is Bitchboy Raiden.
^ thanks for checkin in from 2001. raiden is gangsta now
Radien was always Gangsta, just suffers from his introduction game being a deconstruction of the series he belongs to.
He’s a damn Monster in Revengance tho for sure.
