Guess this is it for me until Konami stop fucking sheep long enough to release either DLC or the missing story content lol.

man some of you guys are jaded as fuck when it comes to mgs lol. game was not without it’s problems, but it is still dope. that 30 min analysis video almost sounds legit until you actually engage your own mind and think about the game for yourself, then you might realize he kind of missed the point on a lot of things.

I might be alone, but i kinda pissed that I cant wear the chicken hat instead of say, a bandanna or balaclava. I went out of my way to chicken hat a mission just to unlock the codename and yea, no option to KFC master in the head dress section wtf.

Is there 2 different chicken hats? I remember seeing some screenshot of one that looked like it had a cracked egg on the hat too, unless it’s fake or MGO.
I dunno, I just fucked up a mission like 5 times in a row to get that chicken hat mode, hit yes, then I was running about as the Don of KFC. It was awesome lol I dont even know the benefits of it just looks cool. Afterwards that was gonna be my new avatar attire but nope. Bullshit.
Months ago I put up artwork of dudes going HAM with the KFC art work and chicken mode, thats the damn KFC hat you get but you cant use it all the time afterwards.
The chicken hat will prevent you from getting spotted even if you’re their face for 3 times

Can you explain? I’m not even a huge MGS fan but I still felt the game just ended without resolving just about anything. Granted if you don’t care about the aesthetics, cinematics and other non gameplay aspects of VIDEO games, then I understand, but if you do, how can you not be disappointed in the lack of any kind of strong climax or resolution
this game is roughly 1/3 complete. then they just decided to add bunch of fillers and bullshit side ops. the picture someone posted with 5 chapters+epiloge/prologue is the real mgs5 they never finished. open world can lick deez hairy nutz. it didn’t any value to the game. there is nothing to do other than run around for miles for the next side op. exact area you have been to like 9 times doing many OTHER side ops…
side ops are terrible, what they should have done was add some side ops and then make higher difficulty optional for bigger rewards
then the actual half-assed game would be about 4-5 hours long. little longer than the ground zeroes demo. EVEN then lot of the main missions are shitty and useless and doesn’t really add any value to the main story.
so…we can’t just release a 1/3 of a game. lets make our character rescue someone like 20ft away from the landing zone then make him run the other other side of the map to do that exact same shit again…and again…THEN more of the same shit again. replay value bruh…
still not enough game play? fuck it play the same missions again with higher difficulty.
