Nah Paz has always been Tara Strong. 5 year difference between Peace Walker and Phantom Pain, so she probably lost the voice a little. VA’s tend to forget how to do a voice if they havent done it in a really long time. If you talked to David Hayter in 5-10 years, and he hasnt done the Snake voice since then, it probably wouldnt sound right either

It’s because Phantom Pain Paz still thinks she is Peace Walker Paz. Pretty sure that schoolgirl voice was always a facade. She was born in America, and was already 24 during Peace Walker. Accent was fake yo.
