After getting sidetracked for 30+ hours doing side quests and grinding to make my Outer Heaven nice, I finally got the Dog and damn this thing is everything you guys said it was. Don’t see how I can get caught at this point. You got 100 M to get the fuck out and worst come to worst he can hold them off. Damn I love this lil nigga.
lol…it’s because on Side Ops I just blast everyone that isn’t a priority target, since I’m not being graded on those missions anyway. On main missions I tend to be more methodical and less killer oriented. I didn’t think it mattered, but apparently that’s not the case.

Getting a S rank is basically a speedrun, I kill anything in my way and just keep moving straight line A to B lol, no penalties for that shit. When am redoing a mission to do the checklist, then ill James Bond that shit with the tranqs and creepin.
I need to stop wasting time with capturing niggas. out of like 4 guards there is one with B/C rank but then I have to deal with all 4 to fulton that one guy. all that adds up. should be focusing more on main missions. I have all the guns I need for now anyway.

Havent captured a gunship personally, even tried sniping pilots with my biggest guns just to blow the chopper up. I think there is a mission where you assassinate some dude at an airstrip you can take some blueprint for it but havent done that yet so no idea what that entails either.
yea when I beat the game and try for the platinum I haven’t noticed all the S run mission I watched on youtube is all dependent on speed. I did mission 30 with no alerts, no relexs all stealth, took me almost 40 minutes but I only got an A. I was like what the fuck I just gave yall gold mannnnnnn
Where is the transportation specialist? I watched a video and it seemed to suggest that it was one of the two prisoners at the beginning of mission 10, on the second floor. I extracted both of them, nothing…I really want that fulton upgrade.
Edit: nvm, I did get it…it just didn’t give me a message that I can now create cargo 2 fulton.
After completing it last night. It’s obvious that they revealed too much in the trailers leading up to the release. Nothing really surprised me. A questionable decision by Kojima and company in my honest opinion

Yea i avoided most of the trailers about this game, the only ones i saw where the Red Band trailer and the last one Kojima made, cuz you know, it was his last one. I hadnt seen any of the stuff from the intro outside of some pictures an shit so most of that shit was like “What the fuck, what the hell is going on?” and shit. I dont know much of anything else about the game either so pretty stoked to see more.

The place where you pick up Huey in Afghanistan had some parked helicopters if I remember correctly. I need to go back there and jack those actually. I dont know if they are there outside of the mission though. I wasnt too worried about it because I didnt have the fulton upgrade required to take those at the time.

unless this game has limits here and there. anyone else think TPP totally plays like “mercenaries” for the original xbox? that game had the same type of maps, weapon drops, even movement and aiming if I remember correctly.
