Today’s Kojima Station livestream revealed some new gameplay footage of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain which appeared to be demonstrated live on the PlayStation 4. The footage offered only a short glimpse but you can see Snake with his trusty cardboard box sneaking through a base in the desert. You can check out the video below at around 57 minutes in.

Well he did get (reget) New limbs for MG2 which is when the makeship lighter happened.
In MG1 I’d just take him losing to Snake because Big boss was like 70 and he severely underestimated Snake because he was like some 20 year old rookie.

I just saw what MotherBase looks like and it looks just like Big Shell. What the hell?

The only things they have in common are both are in the water and both have Hexagonal shapes for the struts.
Aside from that both are entirely different in function and design.
Besides, Motherbase was an actual oil rig repurposed into being MB, Big Shell was masquerading as Oil Cleanup if I’m not mistaken.
Towards the end of the video did you guys notice Skullface with an eyepatch on his left eye when Snake was going to see the Metal Gear?
Also I just found out just now that you can in fact use cremated remains of people to create diamonds. It could be a stretch, but I wonder if those shards that the African prisoners/Snake had in the previous trailer are actually diamonds created from the dead, since he said they will “make diamonds from their ashes and them into battle with us.”
Also covering yourself in ash is a very old Hebrew/Jewish way of mourning dating back to biblical times.
