Has it been confirmed how the unique weapons work? I’m going to assume they work in place of the circle/B button.

That’s fair enough. I couldn’t imagine having anything being used in place of the katana considering how important the blade mode mechanic is.

However of the three weapons known. Arm staff with a blade, sais, and wooden sword, it doesn’t mean you can’t cut with these weapons. So, we’ll see.

I theorized that was possible as soon as I saw the game freeze when you pull up the weapon menu
It would be cool if it has MGS4 quick change (2 weapon/item) and cycle (3 weapon/item) when you tap L2/R2 (I’m assuming these are still inventory buttons)
Raiden will break Metal Gear forever. I can never go back to MGS after this. Because the first thought in my head will be “If I was playing Raiden, I’d be able to [insert owning techniques].”
