Its amazing how it seems that Platinum can take any concept and make it into a masterpiece whereas others devs would make it into something boring and mediocre. (Ninja Theory?)
I also like Platinum’s philosophy of Raiden always moving forward. That seems to be the case in MGS4, resulting him in getting severely injured multiple times lol. I’m sure with his new tech and experience he will move forward in a smart way. I also like the confidence he has and the “choose your own destiny” thing, guess he took Snakes words in MGS2 to heart. Honestly story wise it seems rising is very faithful, crybabies need to wake up. I think they will, mgs fans are critical and even biased at times but the brand is strong and they will buy it once the reviews drop.
True platinum games/metal gear fans don’t reserve at gamestop. They wait for the game to come out and buy the costume separately on PSN. o_O

I can definitely see Raiden having some sort of cyborg-nunchaku, hopefully lightning nunchaku like Ai-Rin.

As much as I dislike QTEs, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t anticipating the epic ones that are sure to come in this game. If Vanquish managed to impress like this, I can only imagine what Raiden is gonna be doing to some of those bosses with his sword.
