Here’s the truth: First of all, cutscenes ARE NOT INCLUDED in that counter. Next: For every chapter you play in the game, it ONLY COUNTS YOUR FASTEST TIME. It doesn’t track your total play time. What that means is if you replay a chapter for 10 hours, but you finally clear it in a time of 10 mins. Only 10 mins will be counted. So please don’t get fixated on that end screen Clear Time being total game time because it is not. We came up with this clear time counting system as a way to fairly evaluate players. It hasn’t changed since Bayonetta. However, I will say it is really disappointing that people try to use a single screen in the game to try and create negative buzz.</blockquote>

It does. They work the same way. Only difference is that I don’t think it recognizes anything but spaces in between words, otherwise it’ll break the spoiler tag. In other words, do not include characters such as “-”, “;”, “:”, “=”, etc. to be safe.

Sorry. Wasn’t following the thread. What’s the info on the skins for EU edition? Amazon UK has no special pre-orders and wasn’t there a classic MGS2 Raiden skin for the game? Anyway, can’t wait. EU release is on my birthday (22nd February), but I will be getting it from UK after the 25th, because releases in Estonia are delayed a little and cost more.

Ugh I hate when action games make a majority of the demo moves unlockable… But that whip attack at the end looks sweet.

Anyway, I liked that trailer. Some of the moves really reminded me of good old DMC3.
BTW, I’m not sure if this has been discussed, but will the game have a better dodge/roll mechanic? Haven’t played the demo in awhile, but I remember not really liking the dodge move.

Here’s a good analysis of the dodge slash in this game, atleast from the demo build. Hard to say how it would be applied in the full game, as just from the demo the only advantage it has over parrying is that it doesn’t push back enemies that can’t be stunned by counters (Gekkos) and it bats away grenades.
