they showed 3 new beta maps on that stream last night. meaning we were getting another exp pack for sure…
As much as an expansion makes my tongue water tbh we would just get ddos’d and glitched anyway, mgo gotta end. I’m kind of lucky cause I’ve been playing since the MGO beta and the 1st year of MGO was golden. Lagswitching came up as soon as survival and specifically GP was introduced. Some of the greatest players left MGO 2 years in and TBH they were the smart ones lol.
just glitching was still tolerable because there were only only a handful of people abused it. sure there were some terrible glitchers and never won so those guys weren’t even a problem. overall it wasnt a HUGE concern.
but ddosing pretty much killed this game so yeah it had to end. hopefully mgo3 will more serious with better security and on xbox live too. that way they’ll think twice before fucking with microsoft because its a paid service and they’ll do something about it.
Played survival for an hour with two different teams. BOTH teams had glitchers on them and I had to leave the teams as soon as I found out. Believe it or not but warargentina isn’t 100% legit they have a member who will LS if they are losing. That is why it took me a while to find out and it’s funny cause I did so much clutch stuff for them and it’s demeaning to find out they glitched from the get go. So I decided to go to pub and lo and behold the host got D/Cd aka DDOS. So I played the Anarchy Reigns demo with SWBeta and Auto till 3AM. That game is absolute crack and the fact the full retail version will have 16 modes is mind boggling. Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown comes out Tuesday so I will probably be on that. Apparently PS+ has something special if you subscribe before monday it probably isn’t anything big but I took the 3 month just incase. The good news is Trine 2 and Awesomenauts came free and it surpasses the month fee I dropped down so I guess it isn’t all a loss.
Yeah survival/tournament isn’t even playable anymore.

If I had online for my PS2 back in the day this may have been my foot in for FPS. Sadly that did not happen, maybe one day.
I played the ps2 version too. that was fun too. but it felt somewhat limited. like 4v4. and the maps were huge for only 8 people. most of the time everyone just camped all over the place.
hope mgo3 will be out someday and we can all get together and play again for old time’s sake:party:
