I’m not saying that, however, there is this trend in the media that whenever a black person is arrested of a crime or killed, said person’s fate can be blamed on “Black Culture” and how it “corrupted them”, implying they would have lived better adhering to “White Culture”. You’re making it racist. I did not tell you to look white or whatever you think it means.

Regardless of race, it doesn’t matter if you’re white or black, the point I’m trying to make is that you don’t want to look like a criminal. If a cop stops you and you’re wearing a “fcuk the police” shirt, wearing your jeans on your knees, and giving the cops attitude you shouldn’t act surprised if the cops are going to be pissed off at you and you don’t want that.

Try to have some class and act professional, you are embarrassing blacks by saying that it’s only limited to white people.

Acting like trash isn’t limited to blacks and I have seen a good amount of white trash wearing clothes that promote drug use and violence act surprised when cops try to get them for drug use and in some cases beat them.

I’m not making it racist, the implication of race was already there.

I’m not saying it’s only limited to blacks, we’re arguing two different points. Blacks are already stereotyped in our media as criminals and the idea that it is “Black Culture” that makes them that way, that thinking is what I have a problem with.

Of course don’t show up to a job interview in a coffee/pot stained wife beater, baggy jeans, stolen Jordans and drunk. But at the same time, stereotypes persist and still hold people of color back in this country. A change of clothes can’t stop societal viewpoints of a people.

It’s amazing that blacks must appeal to white standards in order to try and not get harassed. White Supremacy is a building block of American society.

So a black man walks around in a nice suit and he is suddenly appealing to whitey? What the fuck does that even mean? Three piece suits are where its at. I don’t see how it should be a prerequisite for blackdom to walk around with your ass showing. Never thought I’d see the day of armchair anthropologists but yep, here we are. Considering nobody can criticize that black community over its problems, hell not even fucking Bill Cosby, then I don’t know how you arrived at this conclusion,.

Unfortunately, that is what usually happens. The schools and parents sometimes look the other way and the next minute someone gets stabbed 15 times (Jorge Saavedra). A victim of bullying only has so much patience and if the school officials aren’t going to do anything, then the victim may be inclined to take matters into their own hands. In this case, the school could have not even called the girl’s mother and this would have kept going for who knows how long because the mother appeared to be out of touch.

I’m baffled by this, i don’t want to generalize but where i’m from i feel we are way to sober let dumb stuff like this happen, ever.
The kid should be celebrated, teacher and schools go on and on about how not to retaliate eventhough you get physically or emotionally abused and have to inform the poeple in power(teachers) do take action…yet they shove it under a rug. This kid has solid evidence showing his predicament…and HE’s the one getting punished?! What The Fuck.

How do people get so out of touch with reality.

Reminds of 3 of the highschools I went to where, if there was a bully or anyone who tried to start a fight with you, for whatever
reasons, and you defended yourself, you were both expelled for X-amount of days. Even when/if the person defending his/herself
did absolutely nothing to incite the aggression.

I’ve unfortunately been victim of that ridiculous train of thought in older school systems, and seen other students go through the same
shit when they should’ve just been left to finish out the rest of their school day while the other jackasses get the boot.

Sometimes what happens is the bully starts the fight and then the victim ends up getting expelled, the rule that both get expelled is to make sure that the bully is removed.

Luckily when I was still in school I was fortunate enough to have the bully find me and try me at a park where I knew everyone and knew no one would say anything so when the dude tried to punch me I just dodged and gave him the Rock Bottom onto concrete. Dude wouldn’t even look at me next time he would see me at school. I had several bullies when I was younger and the only way to get rid of each one was to just let them know to stop in a way they could understand.

Parents, school, cops, they’re not on your side. No one can help you except you yourself and your friends, but for people that bullied me, I asked my friends not to step in so that the bullies would fully understand that I am not someone they want to bully if they want to live.
