Thanks, but I canā€™t install it. Itā€™s giving me an error window every time the exe starts up, and all it says in the window is the folder I put it in with mbr.exe at the end of it. And yeah, I put the patch in the same folder as the exe.

Iā€™m getting an install error when I try to install the patch. It looks like this. This is actually after I tried to install the patch to the MB/MBR folder

I have a folder for Final Tuned and there is a Folder with MB and MBR in it. What should I do?

I dunno what to say. Uh make sure your version is 2.501b, it should say so in the startup and title screen. Make sure you are trying to patch the original exe and not a config patched version or something.

I just tried it and it works fine on a freshly patched 2.501b.

Ask the person who mentioned it. I havenā€™t seen any AC videos for a while. Although I wonder if Buktooth just saw Arcā€™s insanely long wallslam combo and considered it an infinite.

Possibleā€¦though infinites and loops in this game are rather pointless due to the insane damage reduction. One reason why I love it so much. ^-^

I got the version that was posted in the first post in this thread. Do you think there might be another problem with what Iā€™m doing?

Should the Final Tuned folder be in the same folder that MB and MBR are in? I canā€™t really tell what the problem is. Iā€™m installing the patch to the MB/MBR folder and thatā€™s where it should go, right?

Wait. Does it matter that Iā€™m installing the patch to an English patche version of MB? I think that might be the problem.

Possibly, Iā€™m not using the english patched MB so I donā€™t know.

Again all I can say is make sure the startup (where you can set your pad config) screen, says Version Info: 2.501b or at the MBR title screen it says v2.501b at the corner. Make sure you havenā€™t patched your mbr.exe with anything at all. Put the patcher in the same folder as the mbr.exe (make sure your mbr.exe isnā€™t read only maybe?) and run it.

Well, I have the right version and Iā€™m doing everything you said and it still wonā€™t work.I guess Iā€™ll just stick with MBR for now.
