edited the original gen sprite. changed the colors the body slightly, and the eyes. wanted a bit of expression.

which animation do u want resize exactly, its simple, but tedious to resize all of them…
Can’t you re-size them in a batch? Would make the process go much faster.
actually i can lol, forgot about photoshop… using paint and animation shop too much… will do it another day when i’m free… will post again.

Sorry, my photoshop only take in static gif, so animation cannot be done in batches, i am using another program to resize which do not allow batch conversion. So no batch conversion for now.
anyway i resized rufus and sagat, there seems to be an error in the one gomu gomu used.

Sonic, I think you can improve the Gouken ultra animation by adding one more (2nd) hit (with a pause) and it’ll look so much better!

Also, have you tried using Adobe ImageReady (I think comes with Photoshop) to re-size in batches?

my photoshop do not come with image ready, i use to have that though. lost that.
Make the 2nd hit pause longer and add the “hit effect” too (just like in the video!).
The third hit doesn’t need an effect, it’s just Gouken flying up with the SRK.
another day, its 4 am now, anyway i added the effect but the forum is too white to see it, i shall add some black to it too…
need to adjust some frames to make the pause work…
