I tried him out. Is it just me or is he easier this time around? I found I could combo much easier than I could in CGoH.
has it been noted that shield activates defensively when rockman blocks normally, and negates all chip from beam projectiles?
Was like that in JP.
Shield negatates all forms of chip damage, no matter what, as long as he has meter to block with.
