I wish they would get a SFIV machine over by the Rockville D and B (White Flint). They still have Tekken 4 with the wacky spaced out buttons and the ultracade old school SF games cabinet. I assume they don’t put many fighting games in there because people usually find them too complicated to play. Especially since you have to fight against someone else’s mind and not just the CPU it tends to bring out more emotions and people just won’t play if they know they’re gonna get thrashed.
Oh man the old school D and B in white flint. I remember that place had a HUGE tekken 3 machine back in the day. The type that you sat down at a bench and played on a huge screen.
Those were the days…
ooo another fighting game/bemani guy? sup
Been playing IIDX/DDR for a while, but Pop’n is my crack lately :looney:
Is there anything going on in the area this weekend or next? I’m fairly new playing fighting games competitively and would like to play some good players and hopefully learn something.
