It’s good to see that not everyone in Maryland SRK goes to UMBC apparently. 
If you guys go to UMD im more then willing to pick people up. However I dont go to UMBC during the week, its a little expensive to make the trip.

I “attend” UMD, but I take the classes at Shady Grove Campus. Confusing, right? Anyway, the only time I’m at UMD is on Fridays from 12:00 to 3:00 so I’m always down for doing something at UMD Friday afternoon.
I live in Summit Hills right off the Silver Spring Metro station so it’s not hard getting to a specific metro station for rides and stuff.
But yeah, I really want to play with you guys! I’m still active in the SSBM community. Best player in MD, in fact, but I want to get into SF4 the more and more I play it.

looks like I’m the lone UMDer here still. One of these weeks I’ll take you up on that ride Miyagi, I’ll even give you some money for your troubles. Things are tight with my workload though, so it may not be for awhile. At least I’ll get to see you guys at c3 if you’re going.

No more of that Pokemon stuff. Time to flex your muscles for some SF FO! I like a fighting game where I can actually see the characters. LOL…yeah I’m just a hater for Smash. Your Smash reflexes will help you plenty in this game though. Hope you know how to use a stick. Pad works too but stick is where it’s at to get the best control. We got plenty of sticks at our place if you wanna just try one out and get used to it.
I know what you’re talking about with the UMD thing because I have a friend who was thinking about going to that campus since a lot of the classes for nursing is in Shady Grove. Especially if you live near the Gaithersburg area it makes sense not having to commute to PG all the time.
no ride and poor planning on my part i guess. i could if i somehow got a ride in 1 day or less.

I would be there but I waited too long to register for classes. I still wish the game room was still there even though not all of the sticks worked well. At least it gave me something to do.
I still remember going to a gathering at an apartment near a pond but it was years ago and can’t remember the persons name.
