I dont know if you guys play madden like that but every monday during the football season a place called THE JOYSTICKLOUNGE has a Monday Night madden-ess. Type of thing. They have Madden practice sessions at 9pm. The cost is $10 with FREE yes I said it FREE refreshments! (yeah i know it is probably a small ass cup of kool-aid and a bag of chips).

There might be comp here, but it is very scarce. Maybe if you guys would drive places you would realize the scene growing in MD. Not dissing you guys, im just sayin, try and go outside of bmore for a change.

To be honest with you the competition is pretty ok in bmore it is just that the word isnt out. Many of the local campuses has some pretty good comp but it is really average in a way. Myself, OrangeMegaSlide and Unreallystic all attend Morgan State and Towson U, Goucher College and Loyola probably have competition as well. It is just that once again that we dont know what is going on. No place really annouce it on the CITY PAPER The BALTIMORE SUN or any other medium to get the word out. To be honest I founded out about the Madden thing in the CITY PAPER, maybe someone if it is possible open up some place or something that can be gathering spot for possible comp but i dont know really.

and as far as gaming in Ohio, fuck this barren ass Street Fighter wasteland. I played some guy that had never been beaten in mvc2 the other night, on PS2, and I slaughtered him with 5 buttons cuz my jab was broken.
