Bleh, welcome to MD, the land of shitty arcades . There aren’t really any decent arcades, might be some in hagerstown though. We usually just meet at arcades then go to someone house to play. Check the tournaments and events section, havin a pretty big tournament the 21st of this month in hagerstown.
