He was perfectly justified in making sure they weren’t a threat, even if it took a fryer cleaning rod to do it. Notice at about 45 seconds, Dumb Bitch #1 tries to get back up, so he turns around and beats her down again. He doesn’t stop until the threat is neutralized.

Maybe his lawyer could’ve worded it for him. The testimony most brothers give in situations like this usually make it look like they are always spoiling for a fight, and were at least 50% culpable in clear-cut cases of self-defense.
Police have charged the cashier, identified as Rayon McIntosh, 31, with felony assault, along with criminal possession of a weapon. Both women were charged with menacing, trespass and disorderly conduct. McIntosh is being held at the Manhattan Detention Complex on $40,000 bail, according to the Department of Correction website.

You know why? It’s one of the few only fast food chains besides KFC and Churches that is willing to place locations in black neighborhoods. Pizza Hut/Dominoes/Little Caesar? Not in black hoods, and they won’t deliver to black 'hoods either, even if it’s only 8 minutes away. Burger King? All locations that I know of that WERE in black 'hoods have closed. All that remains in 'hoods are McDonald’s, Churches, KFC, MAYBE a Popeye’s, and a random Taco Bell. Once a hood goes mostly black, everybody just pulls the hell out except for Mcdonalds, every big-name chicken joint, and a couple random hanger-ons. At least, that’s how it goes here in Florida. I do a lot of driving and these are the only places you can find in black hoods 300 miles in nearly any direction from Tampa. I saw this happen before my eyes 10 years after my family first moved to my current 'hood, and the city gave vouchers to…well, basically people incompatible with any surrounding other than the pj’s, and sent them to good neighborhoods under the naive liberal idea that if you put young career criminals with no moral compass and no real parental guidance into a better surrounding with good people, they will stop their criminal activity and become decent people. More than likely, these McDonald’s you see in the videos are located smack dab in “da Hood”. Here’s a dead giveaway: notice how everybody working behind the counter is black in the videos of Micky D incidents that take place in the dine-in area, rather than the drive-through (You don’t have to go to Da Hood for stupidity, poor manners. and buffoonery.
