Here’s the thing with Marvel: Adrian and Chaz are the big Marvel players in KC, and they ONLY play at the arcade. All of us dabbled with Marvel many years ago, but we are total trash at it. If you want to bring the setups for it, and run a side tournament, I have no qualms with it. Just don’t be surprised when no KC players join it.

Nick- You can hit up Adrian and Chaz for Marvel Friday night at Powerplay. While you’re there, you can try talking the owner into buying an ST cab, because it’s (probably) the greatest game ever.

722 - That is no problem whatsoever. Most of our signups will probably be walk in’s anyway. We have flyers up all over the venue itself, and within the next couple days we’ll have flyers up at the local Play N Trade and Vintage Stocks.

Yeah, you can register here, or you can register on the day of the event.
As far as controllers, it would be preferable to you (I would think) to bring your own pad. Worst case, you can always borrow someone elses, but most people are more comfortable on their own controllers.

If anyone brings a TV that we use in the tournament, I will waive your venue fee for the event. Systems would also be appreciated. Remember, the more equipment we have, the faster these tournaments can be run, and the quicker you can all indulge yourselves in some booze.
