One of Doom’s worst matchups is Deadpool. Doom has no answer at all for Deadpool’s guns. If Doom tries to move in Deadpool gets to bolo him into a full combo since Doom’s dashes put him in the air where he is bolo bait.
I have no idea who beats Vergil, fuck that guy.
Doom has no answer to hawkeye,if not deadpool.

Task beats Zero. It’s one of Zero’s few bad MU’s.

Yeah, Task vs Zero is even at worst. Task has more tools to deal with Zero than a good portion of the cast. I think you are forgetting that Task hits fairly hard, so Zero is going to be in trouble if Task lands a hit. However, you don’t see very many optimized Taskmaster teams, so you will be hell bent on having any matches to prove this.
I run cap/doom/vergil and when i get stopped by a frontloaded zero team I’ll drop Cap for Task. Task backed by missiles gives zero a very bad time.
