Since I’m a Cammy player I feel reluctant to give away secrets but there is a very easy way to escape the hooligan trap. Just hold down back and mash jab. That way you never get the standing animation and the hooligan can’t grab.
Just don’t tell anyone. 
nothing is correct on hooligan, if you dont have a move with invincibility frames to reversal, then your best bet is to not tech get up. Then you can’t get put in this trap.

They seriously need to improve the hitbox on Vega’s focus attack. That same thing happened to me several times against viper. it goes right through her even with the claw on. Its so stupid. And claw throw getting me killed (or almost)… yup that has happened to me too many times.
makoto’s spacing and pokes are crazy. he messed those guys up using only hit confirms and cosmic heel, hardly ever kara threw.
I’m wondering if he does all that on reaction. Anyways, I also uploaded Kubiwa vs. Matsudaira Drill. If you want to learn anything about the spacing in the Honda matchup, watch it.

This fight is against the no.1 Irish player, I had lost the previous two matches, so it looked like I was taking an early exit from the competition… Eliminating Bush from the first round was the biggest upset of the competition. Hitting him with super cancel was the obvious highlight of the match…

guys its me vs catk.
for spending around a couple of weeks to get chiku to make catk play me(who has been pretty busy recently!),it has sort of ended in an anticlimax.what originally was planned to be an ft10 was reduced to a single match because of the lag we where facing.just take this match with a barrel of salt,the input lag hampered with both of our execution a lot.
and also,please do not judge him from this video.he wasnt even trying and just stuck to the basic stuff.after all,he taught me everything i know about vega.
