“wha-hat? i can’t punish him cause I’m online”

Me vs hoodatbeez (ke) hes a decent ken player in that he didn’t spam srk for no reason and get thrown all day.
Wooo BEBOP!
ULTRA COMBO FINISH!
hey if you havent tried before try using ex dive claw from the opposite side. i saw alot of times where you were both crouching and that ex dive claw from the other side catches alot of opponents off guard and i think you could have had some more shots at that ken by doing so.
We had a tourney last weekend:
Semi WTC vs SIN:

SIN doesn’t know sh*t about SFIV (he’s a kof player) so I just beasted him very easily; which is a good cure to forget some severe beatings I sometimes take online Vs experienced Sagats
Final vs my team mate DRX:

Nothing much to say here except DRX missed many opportunities for the win.
…yeah so the game isn’t really played here in Morocco as you can see.
Hopefully more players will get the game and this will raise the general level.
Nice videos. Your execution on Vega’s linking is very precise! :woot:
Yeah…that Zangief lack some 360 mashing. And is there something i don’t know about opposite wall ultra? I wonder if there is anyway someone wouldn’t be able to block it.
Thanks Lucymono ^^
I used to play with a laggy adapter (ps2 stick + adapter) but I just got a new one that doesn’t lag so it’s much more easier to link stuff.
@SacredCowboy: Naah I was just gambling… Hoping that he’d try to quickly close the distance AND charge meter with a Green Hand, the Ultra would’ve caught him if that were the case; but he didn’t do it XD
What kind of adapter were you using whitecrowz? At the arcade I go to they have some sticks set up with Ps1 controllers into a madcatz adapter for PS3 and it seems to work fine. ( Happ parts though so I don’t play on it much. ) But we’re also talking about a game where you have to hit something in like 1/60th of a second to do some of the links.
This is the kind of stuff I was using:
With that adapter, I COULD NOT do cr.lp * 2 with Vega lol and cr. mk to cr. mp was difficult; cr. lk * 3 (Bison) was very difficult too.
Now I have something like this:

There’s no lag ^^’
very nice execution dude, keep up the good work man.
Alright so second video, 1:02, were you pissed that you did a crossover SHC instead of a jump back fierce, but then happy that it beat the lariat?
Yeaaaaaaaaah!
I was like “WTF?? … Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!”
Thanks for showing me that super easy link
cr.mk->cr.lp
works really well! Seems to be somewhat character specific though.
Nice vids. I liked how you kept the pressure on in the matches with the pokes and wall diving at the end for safety. You got any vids vs some Ryus, kens, cammys, or hondas?
BTW I may add you. I need some Vega inspiration. I recently started giving him up do to lack of crossup defense (aka shoryuken type move). I want to keep using him tho
cr.mk -> cr.mp works on everyone and is fairly easy to get down ^^
The timing on that link is trickier. Takes a lot more practice. I’m hoping that maybe 100 times a day will get it down for me though… :looney:
10x Shack, but I live in Morocco and with the Internet speed here it’s not going to be possible to play if you’re in NYC.
@ Sasaki: cr. MK --> cr. LP is a great tool.
The cr. LP has many chances of connecting even if the cr. MK is blocked because they’ll try to counter, bur cr. LP will stuff their normal moves.
Another thing to do in order to make sure you don’t miss links is cr. MK, cr. MP~cr. LP.
Also, if you Counter hit with cr. MK, go for cr. MK again and continue the combo.
Reiketsu (Claw) vs Daigo (Ryu):
Don’t want to spoil anything, but the match unfolds pretty much like you’d expect a Daigo vs Vega match to play out.
You shouldn’t even be allowed to use Ryu against Vega in high level competition. Seriously, its like WTF.
