It does work on counter hit, but it isn’t an easy link. Might as well just do st.strong > cr.lp > cr.strong xx ex fba. Or just meaty cl.fierce, lol
best left for kara throw setups, I think

Actually counterhit cl.mp to whatever 4 framer is one of the very easy links(3 frame link to be exact) as cl.mp is +3 on hit making it plus +6 on counterhit.
It’s a little more difficult linking a 4 framer after counterhit cl.mk(2 frame link),however it’s nice trying it to have a good mixture of meatys/strings

recent tournament in NorCal. I had a lot of matches on stream but these are the highlights:
35:42 me vs LamerBoi
1:09:44 me vs LPN
Ended up getting 3rd.
You’re breaking some kind of myth here you know. =D
i know, but what can you do about it, it’s truth
wow it’s been actually the first match of cat-k i 've seen in ae2012 ,nice find
I have some more of him going against a top ranked Guile player in Endless that I haven’t uploaded yet. It appears to be a tough ass matchup for Vega if the Guile is on point.
Oh Geez.
We need that.
Please. Upload ALL the Vega videos you have.
Our matador deserves attention.

Check out related for more vids, fighting Riceata as well. and losing to jwong again.
Well I would change nothing about how I fought Air. I had it and lost it! Never good to lose like that.
The fact that I came that close to beating a guy who got top 8 at NCR feels good though. I’m not upset I lost. I just need to keep training.
Losing to Jwong was rough though. I had a strategy against Rufus (my new philosophy which worked perfectly at canada cup) and something about my playstyle changed, and it facilitated a quick and easy win for Jwong. Normally it’s OK, teching throws is a waste, you can use scarlet terror like other characters use their crouch tech normals, only difference being it’s unsafe on block (only way you can provide an incentive for rufus to block anyways, not like it really matters). But yeah, i guess at the time I thought trying to tech his throws was a better idea. obviously lost because of it
regardless, jwong said he thinks i’m the best vega in the world, so I’m gonna do my best to prove it. <3 vega board as usual.
Ryus have such a coming back factor. I just hate them.
Furthermore they have a lot of airborne attack that will reset if you punish them, so you can hit with the cMP but then whiff with an EX izuna that would have made you win the match. -_-
I saw you style at the canada cup, it was great : awesome footsies and big damage for any openings. It does remind me of Makoto0124, which was the best Claw player before AE. Continue like that !
Rufus isn’t that easy to Claw, we all know that.
Do you happen to know at what frame scarlet terror are airborne (thus unthrowable ?). 'cause I think I got grabbed at the begining sometimes, except for the EX version.
TBH, you played that Ryu MU as well as it could have been played, chips just fell in Air’s favor.
I lost when I went for the shenanigan after ultra 2 in the 2nd round of match 4. Had I gone for kara throw mixups, I’m 100% confident it would have been my game.
The problem isn’t actually the fact that that shenanigan didn’t work either - (It’s a c. lk EX FBA, it’s supposed to catch people throwing EARLIER than air did, he threw me right out of c. lk start up) - it’s the fact that after it didn’t work, I checked out. I kept thinking “That was it, I made the worst decision possible, I fucked up, etc.” Once you’re down that line of thought you’re gone.
Yeah I think I played the match perfectly too. There wasn’t anything I would change. We had classic SF-style tug of war the whole game. Technically, I think I played flawlessly. However, mentally, I was not the better player. Air clutched it out when he was down and it was his game. Maybe a couple more air grabs and cosmic heels, but I think the poking was solid enough.
But yeah, best set I’ve ever played I think. I’m proud to put it up. One day I’ll do you guys proud, and win a major.
Those were a joy to watch Jozhear. I’M MOTIVATED…To win my next local tourney.

anyone have replay matches of Chis King ?, I saw his result, he is the number one there
anyway, you earned my respect Joz, you are always that kind of person who never stop improving yourself, not being over confident, not underestimates other
well, I like you Joz
