I am checking the boards and emails from my PDA phone, as I still don’t have my office up and running. Thats why I mentioned earlier that I am without phone/internet service. I should be up any day now, and I apologize for any inconveniences. I’ve dealt with alot of people here on the boards for years now and I have built a reputation for quick responses and great customer service. I will make this situation right with those people who have been waiting for their refund/merchandise. I will send emails shortly (hopefully by tomorrow if Brighthouse gets their stuff together) to everyone who’s written me recently.

i didnt read the thread at all but let me tell you about mas systems.

i live a few miles away from there so i’ve been to mas systems in person.

they make the sticks in the back warehouse of “Le’s Printing”.

it seems to me that “Le’s Printing” and mas are the same people.

from what i can see it seems like they’re main draw of money is in printing, and not making sticks.

they probably do the sticks for extra income.

whenever im there, theres the white lady, and a vietnamese man + random assorted other vietnamese people.

shes old, and so is he and they have a young mixed child together. actually they may have more than one kid.

apparently the old viet guy is really into video games.

they know a little bit about evo, but not much.

anyways, as i see it, their customer service is fine.

whenever my friend’s stick breaks he just brings it in and pays them to fix it up.

i’ve done the same myself.

they just stop what they’re doing and fix the sticks.

MAS Systems

I’d just like to clarify:

Alpha electronics is moving into a new office, so they currently aren’t handling orders in a timely matter (?)
Alternatively, the website for MAS Systems (massystems.com), seems to be down - question here being, are they still handling orders/building sticks (?)

I also have a few questions regarding MAS sticks in general:

The 8-button (6 + select/start) mini is an alternative to the 10/12-button models (?)
If so, there is no 8-button (6 + select/start) layout available with the buttons set in a bigger control box (?)

Also, any other feedback would be appreciated (ie: for those who have ordered, how does the 8-button mini feel [enough room to manouver] (?), and, more importantly are MAS systems and/or Alpha Electronics currently handling orders in a timely manner (?))

PS: I noticed that the order forms on the Alpha Electronics website are identical to those on the former MAS Systems site. Alpha Electronics is a front/proxy for MAS Systems (?) I have a hard time believing that they keep every possible color of every model in stock, which leads me to conclude that the orders ultimately reach MAS Systems directly where the stick is built to specification.

I have my desk up and am pretty much ready to go here. A few of you have placed orders in the past week and they are currently being processed. Any orders from here on out will be processed immediately. Refunds for those who are due them will be put in by tomorrow and should reflect on your credit card within 72 hours or so.

As for your last question, we (Alpha Electronics) do not stock every color and combination of joystick from MAS Systems. We basically take the orders and forward them to MAS Systems, and they mail out the orders to the customer. It works out great for both of our companies since they don’t have an online checkout system and do not check the emails they get via their website.

On a side note, I want to apologize again to the few people who have been waiting for their refund/order. I’ve got 2 salespeople now to help me out with orders, and will hopefully have a group of 6 or so people by the end of the year. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that I maintain and continue to grow my companies reputation, and to be an honest trustworthy source for this community.

If you order a P360 stick MAKE FUCKING SURE to ask if they replaced the faulty-recalled P360s and got the new one from Happ. Or you’ll end up with a faulty p360 then you’ll have to send it to Happs and they’ll send you a replacement.

I never heard about this recall… could anybody explain? This quote is like from two years ago, but if anybody knows anything I’m all ears. =\
