I can’t sell to you on here due to lack of posts but if you go to my twitter you can DM me for more info on what I have available. Your other option is to reach out to RoyalFlush on here.
Guys, would it be possible to share the measurements of the Super Pro and Mini sticks? I build one maaany years ago (more than 10 I think?) and I sold it, but sadly can’t find the measurements than someone here on SRK sent me a long time ago. Would be great to build a pair to have around with Raspberry Pi systems inside.
Sorry, I can’t edit my previous post, but I did found the measurements
MAS Super Pro Stick clone
3/4" wood
Top 14 1/2" x 10"
Bottom 14 1/2" x 6 1/2"
Front 14 1/2" x 3"
Sides 8 1/2" x 9" (Cut at an angle) - Back should be 5" and front 4"
Its either they are in business or they are not. They are selling so they are technically in business imo.
If they were selling old stock I would easily agree with you. This “single” auction is for a ps4 stick which leads me to believe that they are testing the waters and if there is enough interest they would start up again.
What is the best way to remodel the original sticks. Is it just buying t-molding and repainting? Where is eveyrone
What is the best way to remodel the original sticks. Is it just buying t-molding and repainting? Where is eveyrone getting that Capcom art and decals? Also, mine have 8 buttons and if I recall, MAS put the additional buttons closer to the joystick instead of after the HK/HP so the decals would overlap.
Update on my collection. The MAS with Official Children of the Atom decals (yellow and Orange buttons) in the link I posted has found a new home. Thanks @RoyalFlushTZ for your good work!
I think the low availability also factors in. Whoever paid $355 (not including shipping) could have gotten the same or a better deal for less. Granted, I’m not free from having bought into hype myself. In regard to arcade sticks, once the novelty of buying rare sticks wore off, I made up for it by modding, which can also be a costly endeavor. While I was buying arcade sticks, with parts that are still ubiquitous today, I passed over chances to acquire things that I regret (e.g., not buying/trying the LS-33 when it was still sold). At the same time, part of me still likes to check on listings for MAS sticks.
