Luke Cage is months after jessica jones. I think it will blend into when [details=Spoiler]Claire left the hospital[/details]

Okay, so everyone here is a savant and understood exactly what happened with punisher, including exactly what’s going to happen in his netflix series.
Well, least I’m in for a surprise then.
We’re not savants, you’re just a fucking idiot.

Also wondering what’s the timeline of this season and jessica jones. Seems hogarth already recovered from the knife attack.
It’s definitely after Jessica Jones. Claire mentioned she was working long late shifts due to her actions helping Luke and Jessica. That was near the end of the show. I believe Foggy’s ex directly mentioned Jessica Jones too.
Speaking of Jessica Jones, I wonder where her series will go.

She referenced Luke in the middle of the show before leaving. Seems all the shows may overrun at some point.

Foggy was a bitch this season.
foggy did some awesome shit early in the season, what’re you talking about?
He just seemed needlessly hostile, like a bitter ex gf or something. Give the dude a break, he’s out there risking his life trying to keep Foggy and the rest of the city safe but dude was taking it hella personal. Like at the end when Matt is clearly sad over the break up and asks Foggy if he wanted him to convince him to stay, he answers like a snippy asshole. Just saying he could be a little more understanding of the situation and what was at stake.
Does he need to all that shit during that specific night? NYC is pretty much loaded with fighters, they Jessica Jones & Luke Cage, and i assume they are in the same universe as the MCU based off the first season, so Spiderman and Stark are there too. NYC in the Marvel Universe yo, we da best.
New York is a shit city. You all know this

MCU Stark is based in LA. Spider-man mainly Queens and lower Manhattan. Besides, this was a secret war Daredevil was fighting. Not like the ninjas was terrorizing openly.

You’re not supposed to bring up that every villian and every hero lives in new york in the marvel universe

Where were they during 9/11?
Yeah, I went there.
I agree Elodie Yung isn’t all that, but I’m not complaining. Punisher was dope as hell. Elektra was kind of weak combat-wise. If her series is about her pre-Matt Murdock, I don’t care for it. I also don’t know why Melvin didn’t design armor to guard her whole arm, lol.
Some questions,
[details=Spoiler]
- I assume Frank knows Daredevil is Murdock now after that rooftop right?
- Also is Murdock throwing Nobu off the roof his “crossing the line” point? I assume he thought Nobu was dead.
- Is the Punisher ultimately a good guy?[/details]
Damn, can’t wait for S3.

- It was implied he knew the second Matt met him in his hospital room.
- Considering Nobu survived not one but two things that should’ve killed him in encounters with Daredevil, at that point Matt along with his grief probably figured it wasn’t worth holding back if he’s just going to live anyway.
- Ultimately, yes. He goes to great extremes but he maintains a code.[/details]

it was already covered in comics.

- Yeah, he did state he doesn’t care beforehand
- Depends how you feel about constantly ressurecting/immortal bad guys. Someone already brought it up but Ra’s Al Ghul in Arkham Knight.
- That’s a personal question. And really, could fill up 100 pages in its own topic.
loved the season, but damn if foggy didn’t start to just grind on me as fucking annoying.

Entirely Matt’s fault. Foggy was deliberately becoming annoying - it was to show the impact of Matt’s stupid decisions.
I think frank knew Matt was daredevil when he spoke to him in the hospital
Frank probably peaked under the mask, but let Matt keep it on so he’d look like the cool tough guy who “doesn’t give a damn.”
Just finished S2, i can’t wait for S3. I got to give Marvel so much props with their casting; Jon Bernthal should be glorified by every nerd around the globe for being one of the best comic book character portrayals of all time. I like his whole final look and the skull spray painted on his vest. I thought Elektra was played very well too.
Really awesome series and season. I sorta hope they pass the defenders because of all the anticipation i have for S3 but I can’t wait for that either.
I rewatched the hospital scene with Matt and Frank. I took the “I know who you are… you protect shitbags” as in they like taking cases for people like Grotto…
Perhaps he assumed Matt was Daredevil, but I still believe he didn’t know until his mask fell off on that rooftop. At least not for sure.
The way he was talking to Karen about him in the diner makes me think he knew who he was
On top of that, when waking up in the hospital he first heard Matt without seeing him.
