Imma grab it just to play msh with my friend but where is xvs seriously?
I would get this just to play MSH and MvC1 with some friends of mine who only entered the FGC recently, but really, I just want them to come out with an XBLA version of CvS2. Maybe CvS1, CvS2 and SvC: Chaos in one pack, call it Capcom vs SNK Origins. That’d be awesome.

Then they’ll play MVC, cry because Megaman is even worse in that game than he is in MVC2, get blasted by Red Venom, Gold War Machine, Strider, and Wolverine, say “fuck this game”, and drop it.
There will definitely be people playing it, but it’ll fall off the face of the earth just like 3SOE and SG.

those type of people give up on any game they aren’t good at/can’t win right away anyways, so no loss. people who give up so easily don’t have the right stuff to be good at anything most of the time

Woooowww… I forgot how ridiculously quick MVC1 was. Also, I don’t know why people saying the game is basically a lesser mvc2 when the top tiers in both games are completely different from each other and a lot of the mechanics work differently in MVC1, the games aren’t really that similar to me tbh. I am not really trying to defend the game too much either, I’m a bit more hyped for MSH anyway.

Because its called Marvel vs Capcom ORIGINS, and XmvsF was the FIRST official VS title. And all the VS titles are screwy, kind of a running gag by now

though, nitsuma did express interest in developing a msh2 very early in mvc3’s history, so maybe this is the platform for it. my interest and hype are peaked.
I’ll buy this just for MSH. Love that game.
I wonder if revenue from this will go toward more work on mvc3, I personally don’t care but I know a lot of people enjoy that game and more characters and whatever are always nice.
I dont think anyone at this point wants to pay more after spending for vanilla mvc3 + ultimate marvel vs capcom 3
