That video is deceptive, you don’t have to duck cancel to wave dash anymore, AB, AB, AB, AB should do it (per Nick, so blame him :p)
And I’m the one that said ‘infinite hits’, but that was just my interpretation It looks like FA is really hard to break, with the tradeoff that you take full damage. FA>Backdash won’t save your ass from a Shinkuu Hadouken tho’
Just posting here to say that we are not going back there tomorrow. Our “host” (for the lack of a better term really) is extremely busy now and it’s hard for us to go there. No idea when we’re going back there, if ever at all. Sorry to disappoint you guys, believe me, we’re just as disappointed, but please understand, it’s not in our hands to be able to go there, and this is our friend’s fulltime job we’re talking about, so he has his own priorities.
As other have mentioned, no worries dude(s). You guys came through with a ton of good info and the vast majority of us appreciated it. Big thanks for what you did give us. It makes the wait alot more tolerable.
hmm…i never really could pull this off that easily, but im a scrubby magneto myself. maybe this is just an execution thing? im hoping so.
i dont quite understand this part…do you mean you couldnt use it as a combo ender? the only real combo hypergrav had was HGxxT or after an OTG bounce
hmm so magneto might just have different blockstrings? sounds like you wont be able to constantly trijump on someones head til they mess up blocking anymore
from these notes, its still way too inconclusive. on the whole, it DOES sound like a bit of a nerf, but the whole engine is different. thanks for the info though! :tup:
