Arthur… doesn’t have a double jump…? I saw him double jumping in the trailers with boxers AND without boxers. o.0 Are you REALLY sure that he doesn’t have one?
I just rewatched the trailers, and I saw him double jumping with boxers, armor and golden armor. I also saw him doing a super jump, or something like it, where he just launches himself vertically in the air. But it’s weird… Maybe it’s a typo.
Wesker’s super may specifically allow him to KFC in the air, but that may not be the case for other supers. Capcom may have made an exception for him. It’s pure speculation right now though.
word… this and cartwheel were the last hopes I still had for the char, but after testing it several times we just found it quite disappointing. the c version being punished by a slow heavy attack is really bad =s but worse still is the cartwheel not passing through nothing! at least in this build is only an adornment with no practical use.
from what we tested, i’d risk to say that it can actually be used to cancel almost every move (didn’t try it with grabs of any kind now that I think of it), and as such be activated anywhere on screen too. just will have to be used in the most proficient way like with MW
having in consideration is movement speed and no dash, i’m not sure that would be a good thing imo.
still, every char feels very unique in game.
as for the colors, Kanta took note of some, but not of every char. still, maybe he really remembers them all by now! as for me, i think Dante could use an original alternate color. his alternates are just… weird (silver/white/light gold outfits with blond hair? no thanks).
