If anyone could help with set up I would be greatful, James_Tarbuck@ntlworld.com. Also it keeps saying “This application has failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this program” … but it didn’t,
HELP…

Thanx

i get an average of 50 fps on cvs2 and 58 fps on the training stage.

my system is only an xp 2000+ with 512mb pc266 ddr and an old geforce3 ti500 64mb vidcard. and for an alpha release, thats really damn impressive for an emulator, especially for what its emulating… hats off to the author for pulling off something that the icarus author and others said its not possible yet to get good speeds…

im getting 50 in cvs2, 30 in 3s.

man…u lucky ppl with working chankas emus…do u guys think its not working because of the processer? I have pentium 4…

so do I

nah, can’t be that. I was chatting with DreadedFist and told him what I was running and he said that I was running more than what it required to run it. He noticed the pic I sent him and said that I also had XP, which baffled him because it should work fine. Though, not giving up, decided to take a break and watch Return of the King that my wife just bought, even though I watched it out at least 50 times (on the bootleg copy I have)

… I will have it working!!

alright heres my specs…
windows XP
Pentium 4 2.40 Ghz
2. 39 Ghz
256 MB of ram
geforce 4
is this enough to play chanka?

Yeah I had a problem with running MvC2 until I tried the Capcom hack. I got around 47 fps with that and I could actually do stuff in it.

Damn, MvC2 looks so damn good and sharp on a monitor.

I’m getting about 30ish fps in MvC2 on my P-M 1.4 Laptop, Radeon Mobility 9000 & a gig of ram. Playable, but still very noticably slow.

just curious if the emulation supports the dc web browser and memory card saves yet. other than that i must say i’m very impressed with the images and reviews so far. i’ll definitely be checking it out when i have a day off soon.

if ur getting d3d error, upgrade your direct x to 9.

You have all that speed and only 256mb of ram? Should be enough though.

1.2ghz :frowning:
