I take no interest in whatever an actress says or anything, but it really seems like all the hate Brie got from her feminism… actually helped to raise awareness of the movie and increase the box office?
I could see Jolie/Marvel trying to do the same again, considering how much Feige’s have been boasting about a diversity and inclusion politics in the upcoming movies 
The hate didn’t do shit. It was guaranteed to be successful simply because it was a Marvel movie. Marvel is too big to fail right now.

Everyone crying like the eternals are even that big of players in main marvel universe. They always played a low key role, they need a big star for eternals because no one cares about them… Even marvel fans went wtf when it was announced.
The reports about Eternals casting a male gay actor for lead are already triggering some guys. Angelina’s been vocal about gay rights before, so, I guess the Marvel hate engine will continue rolling on
