There is one problem though. It’s the ending of DOFP when Wolverine returns to the mansion from the 70’s and sees everybody from X1-3 alive again.
If a retcon/reality warp happened around the 90’s, then Wolverine should not have returned to the X-mansion. You also have quicksilver.
Honestly, i don’t want to see the Fox X-men because while Hugh Jackman, Mccavoy, and Fassbender are great the rest of the portrays really suck. Especially the kid who plays Cyclops.
If Deadpool gets changed in any way, that is a huge mistake. However I do understand where you are coming from and that makes me feel like maybe it is better that the X-men just have their own universe, regardless of still being in the MCU.
The X-Men Cinematic world is going to be retconned anyway after Dark Phoenix…

The only thing that’s coming over from Fox is Deadpool and you know the reboot of the X-men universe will be fodder for multiple jokes.

Deadpool is easily inserted into the MCU with some 4th wall breaking. People won’t bat an eye at it.
Get rid of the rest.
Also Deadpool Colossus is a million times better than X-Men Colossus.

The Gambit romantic comedy sounds like it could possibly reach the so bad its good, or so terrible it is legendary status. I cannot imagine that movie turning out even kind of good.

Who would be a good storm? I was thinking Sonequa Martin-Green but at the same time they should pick a legit African actress (not african american, but someone from kenya or something).
What do you think a good age range for the characters as well?
