Captain america does not have a healing factor. He heals quicker then most humans, but he does not have a “healing factor”, which is cellular regenaration in marvel comics. Although his cells are extremely healthy at all times, he cannot regenarate from damage.
Cap should be able to push his limits like any other human, when he is in fight or flight, so movie shit aside, its no shocker when cap might exhibit extraordinary power occasionaly.
Cap is still a beast, but there is more legend behind him from comics to movies, then reality imo. People always amp captain america up to be more then who he is, which is still a really fucking strong human being, with a shield that defies modern day physics, allowing him to go up against the best any day of the week.

Cap has limited regen. He isn’t regrowing limbs like Wolverine and so on, but he does recover from bullet wounds, stab wounds, broken bones, etc, quicker than most people do. Hence why he isn’t sitting on the sidelines with a torn ACL. This explains how he survives being frozen in ice for decades, and how he can’t get drunk.

He IS superhuman. Winter Soldier can easily rip off a door from a car, and Steve still beat him in hand to hand with raw strength… In TWS, he threw off a guy to the elevator’s ceiling with a simple swing of his arm, demolished doors by using his momentum while following Winter Soldier, now he just tore off a wooden log apart effortlessly, he’s no “top human”, he’s a superhuman.
He probably wasn’t injected with serum but he’s still scientifically modified, according to Cap he survived because of the things Arnim Zola did to him while captive, that means he got somewhat enhanced by a scientific procedure.
