And Peter is a globe-trotting grown man with his own global tech company, yet he’s a child in the MCU.
I don’t see them adding Venom to the GotG in the MCU ANYTIME soon, if ever. Even though mainstream didn’t know who the GotG were, they definitely know who Venom is and it would fuck their minds to see someone they’ve always known as a villain not only pop up rolling with the Guardians but also happens to be the guy who bullied Peter in high school.
You know the comics don’t dictate the MCU. For MCU Spidey, I totally see them going with his tried and true villains in the beginning.
Unless they expect the mainstream to be familiar with who he is from Ultimate Spiderman (sigh) and that’s what they’re gonna base it from, then in that case they have everything set up
for someone who claims to not agree with me abt comics u sure be tryna sound like me.
what pushed me over the edge with spiderman was when he was so selfishly feeling sorry for himself he attacked the rhino at the cemetary while rhino was visiting his mothers grave and broke her headstone. rhino gets understandably upset but the story treats spiderman like the hero.
and then one more day…yeah id had enough. dudes a straight up self centered fuckboy. and dont get me started on batman…
with how theyve treated cap after the excellent first movie im ok with him dying off. better to have no cap than the retard version from avengers and cap 2
I used to stan for Parker too, but like Rock said, at some point you look at all the stupid shit he does and go, “Wait, what?”
Dude is as intelligent as Stark, but constantly lives like a bum- It wasn’t until SOMEONE ELSE hijacked his life that this lazy scrub even finished college and got his shit together.
And don’t get me started on One More Day…
Everyone else who has worn a Spider-Man costume has done a better job than Peter. I’m starting to think Ben Reilly really was the real Spider-Man…
