I completely agree. Too many filler scenes about DD kicking kung-fu guys, and Elektra was so annoying; worst character of the whole Defenderverse easily.
I could barely get through Karen nagging everyone every single episode of season 2. She was such an awful character, I even feel bad for the actress, because she just got a bad script.

I guess the biggest problem is they had to rewrite her whole character and make it fit. Comic Karen had to be scrubbed

What even happened in Season 2 Jessica Jones… I honestly can’t remember. All I remember is the paint sex scene.
Actually it’s coming back a bit now… Doesn’t Jessica’s sister go fuckin nuts since she’s slowly gaining super powers? I really can’t remember a lot since it’s been so long, but I remember liking it. Not as much as the first season though.

It’s the shitty season where Jessica loses all rationality because she found out that her mother was still alive with super powers that turned her into a maniac. Jessica burned most of her relationships protecting her for Trish to headshot her.
Trish went nuts because she was addicted to the drug that gave her powers. She burned her bridges because of her ego.

The only thing I enjoyed about DD S2 was Bernthal’s Punisher and the few scenes with Stik. I found the interpersonal drama to be completely uninteresting and I didn’t care about any of the other characters. The scenes where Matt tried to reason with the Punisher were pretty lame, I just thought Matt came across like an idealistic college girl and he sounded laughably out of touch.

I loved DareDevil from start to finish. Pretty much no complaints from me. I should re watch it, it’s been a long time.
Honestly, of all the Marvel shows, the only one I genuinely disliked was what everyone else disliked. Which was Iron Fist.
I also thought Season 2 Luke Cage had a brilliant villain but overall it was kinda eh.
To me, everything else has been pretty 
. Specially AOS. Really need to catch up on that.

Luke Cage was pulling a Titans before Titans 
. They could never quite stick the landing on that show. Season 1 was the best of all the Netflix shows…until they killed Cottomouth

I disagree on that, I fuckin loved season 2 of Luke Cage. The villains were excellent, nothing tops Cottonmouth but still great. Black Mariah deserved an award for that performance and Bushmaster was magnificent
Part of me died when it was canceled as it left on a nice cliffhanger we’ll never see the resolution of

I loved both seasons of Luke Cage.
The death of Cottonmouth didn’t bother me, it was completely unexpected and I think the scene made a lot of sense and was satisfying.
Sure Diamondback was a downgrade for main villain because he was too theatrical, but hey, that was his character.
IDK, it was sort of refreshing too to have two arcs with two different “main villains” in a single season, that way a sole storyline wouldn’t drag too much.
As for Season 2, I loved it. Bushmaster is one of my favorite Marvel movie/tv villains of all time and I just found the storylines to be quite compelling. I would have loved a third season.

Yeah, my hunch was Luke was gonna go down a dark path and Bushmaster was gonna return to put him back in check. Seemed to be leading to that down the line

And I would’ve place the next season after Endgame and used some infinity stone mumbo jumbo to revive Cottonmouth, cuz I think we can all agree he died to prematurely
