add me been playing Hawkeye, Been farming doing solo cosmic terms for artifacts (haven’t got a gotdamn thing) & need fragment of twilight from musp.
That’s what I have noticed… The good artifacts almost never drop unless you have boosts running, like I did that one day I had everything drop for me with Sovi3t.

Boosts have almost 0 effect on boss drops. Rarity boosts only really increase the quality of standard gear (purple to cosmic, etc.) and how likely a common artifact drops.
Loot works like a lottery ticket draw in this game. There is a set amount of loot from every boss, that has a minimum level (say 3 purples, a cosmic and a core). Every 100% or so RIF adds another “roll” to your gear, potentially increasing it’s quality. The thing is, if you keep stacking more and more RIF, you are effectively adding even more variance to loot drops. Boss loot is completely separate from standard loot and RIF only has an extremely diminished, if any, effect on it.
SIF on the other hand is legit. Stacking a nice amount makes a noticeable difference in event currency drop rate, runes and generally anything with a pink name. It also slightly reduces the timer between eternity splinters drops.
I need a few things from doom, mostly cosmic ammys though. Need Latverian cloaks too. I need kurse gems like a fiend.
My ign is Brockharder gladly add me, I play frequently, as of late. My doom and Scarlet are well setup with runeword, legs, some blessings, and good uniques with good rolls. I just need some specific boss uniques and artifacts.
Got a mysterious box, and got some circlet of cytorrak or whatever that uber buffs physical damage, so I threw that on ant man. I wouldn’t mind getting him going end game.

From what I noticed, the best way of acquiring end game artifacts is to get lucky as fuck (no shit asshole!) during Midtown Madness or some event, cant remember which one, the one that drops Reliquary of Rarity a lot. You’re aiming at insignias, which are the most expensive item in the game. Then you just play that shit on /Trade or on the forums for mad shit.
I got lucky once and got some almost max HP, max Atk % (not even best stats to roll) and played that shit in /Trade, always keeping updates on what people are offering and you would see people outbidding each other. I didn’t expect shit for it, but people kept outbidding. Ended up with like a lizard, SCS, HoD for one fucking insignia which wasn’t even that good, but people wanted that shit and I made out of it like a bandit.
Might have to post some of the insigs I got in trade then. I think some are pretty good.
c’mon…one of you useless fuckers gotta be down for some raids. @odin, how do I win you two needed epic drops, and you can’t do one raid back with me? You trying to reach Sonicabid status?

finally did a raid, got some great rewards…u only get them once or something? I did a full musp raid, and everything i joined after was JUST killing Surtur for garbage loot (and no commendations).

Yeah, raids reset once a week. Every Wednesday morning I believe. You can redo em, but you will have major decrease in drops.
You can swap toons and do the raid again. No loot penality besides commendations not dropping.

hrmmm, the drops themselves sucked complete and total ass,it seemed the commendations were all that mattered, lol. At least I got a bit of them. Need to save up enough for a fucking ingot.
What runeword can I throw on Scarlet Witch, seeing as I will probably never find a Tyr rune?

probably gonna get back to grinding for a Gem of the Kurse. That and rerolling my Taskmaster Guide. Apparently the quest that rewards you with the Magneto shirt is no longer offered 
So I need to farm that hunk of shit at some point.
If I try to save up some Hela’s Blessings, do I just start enchanting random shit artifacts with it, so I can perhaps trade them for the gem or magneto shirt? If so, I should probably get going on that, with my Odin’s Marks.
