Well, Im like level 14, but probably. Trying to figure out what this whole thing is about, just kinda going through the story… havent really got a feel for it.
Anyway to put it into D3 terms for me, as far as what you do in this game?
I really like the heroes, as Marvel is my favorite heroes for sure
But the combat feels worse than POE, which I didn’t think was possible. I thought this was more of an ARPG but it plays like an MMO. Whats up with that?
It plays similar to Diablo II, more than Diablo III. You’re back to a large customizable skill tree, lots of potential gear. End game is ridiculous. Each character has a movement skill to get around the map (which generally gets put as your right trigger on your mouse), 1-60 is a little bland at times, but later quests are cool, and when you’re level 60 you can start trying to make your dude a beast. I’m fucking loving this game. This current week is GREAT for xp buffs, anniversary rewards, and so much more. Once you start getting multiple high level characters, you can use ‘synergy’ (little buffs unlocked at level 25 and 50) to further boost your characters (i’m working on Cyclops now, for his 10% xp buff)…then you gotta deal with pets, legendaries, runewords, uru-forged gear, artifacts, and soooooooooooo much more. Seriously, just dealing with one character can be mind boggling, then you add like 8 more, and omfg.
Your first playthrough can be tedius, as you hunt shit down, but after you finish the game once, you just use waypoints to do everything, and you really only do story until level 25 or so anyways (then you unlock legendary quests, and do those). This makes getting future characters to 60 much easier.

You farm gear.
farm gear, do raids, farm various tokens (odin marks for legendary items, cosmic worldstones for doop items, eternity splinters for future characters/team ups, there are a LOT!!!), max a character, prestige a character, there is literally a ton of shit to do. I haven’t done fuck all end game, I just keep getting more dudes to 60 lol. Gotta work on Rogue, soon.

LOL eat a dick (besides I am doing Cap as my next character, Rogue will follow), I need to find a use for the Power Cosmic. I’ll still rock Doom for the most part, I just really am curious about how she can potentially play. I kinda like how Cyclops is a great team member. Weak solo, but in a team, got damn. Buffing dudes, clearing riff raff with one pew pew lazer, and reviving mother fuckers, while calling in the mother fucking x-men to stomp ass. Reminds me so much of classic comic cyclops, just a born fucking leader.
I haven’t really played any melee characters yet. I suppose Cap is one, I got him on the back burner, still. He is guaranteed my next character after I finish Cyclops, just cuz i realllllly wanna play with him and Tony Team Up.

Once you are at endgame, you farm gear/omegas to get the red raid on farm status, then keep working on your gear/omegas to get green genosha raid on farm status, once you are there, you bitch at gazillion that there isn’t any real reason to play (which is true, but takes quite a few months to get there).
Only real endgame are Green Axis/Genosha raid and CMM (CICP is garbage), while we are waiting for Red Axis. Problem is, besides DPS, which isn’t balanced either but to a lesser degree, all characters’ survivability aren’t even remotely balanced, so Gaz had to delay red axis release while they fix what should’ve been fixed months ago.
3 hours of cosmic Taskmaster grinding… Here I come!

I got to level 40, just grinding those challenge zones for odins chests. Worked out nicely. I didnt hit you up Soviet because I figured leveling is boring as shit for you lol.
Also, Im really tempted to drop $130 on that all hero bundle (or nearly all heroes) even though I know I probably wont get too into this game too soon, because I want to try out so many heroes lol

Loving melee Rogue. Just buffs and kinetic charged fists via Gambit, after grouping dudes up with Clea’s Flames of the Faltine. Bought the Power Cosmic for her, too. So I am levelling that, as I level her.
Finally maxed out Thing’s Axe of Ares before the servers went down.
I am curious to party with said Rogue.
Get Lawyer up. Ghetto heal + perma damage buff when paired with Havok’s skill.
