Do the story still offer the extra bonuses? Or was that done with with the new overhaul of the story.

How the fuck do you pass this trial with Psylocke.
Story still has all the goodies. It’s much better now, side quests give an extra box that has a near 100% chance of eternity splinter drop, regardless of timer or anything. All old rewards are now tripled since there is no difficulty modes anymore.
Kind of a pain in the ass when 60s are running low level though. Took me a long ass time to fully clear chapter 1 with Ant-Man because niggas would keep killing Electro in like, 2 seconds after the spawn.

Im reading completion guides, and they all involve either high level gear and low omega, or good end game game (fully pimped i63’s) and like 3k+ omega. I have about 750, and its showing. Can’t finish a trial for the life of me.
Pick dat Doom dawg. I nearly AFK’d the trail with summoner Doom. Summon a decently geared team up, like Magik, Clea or Pirate Deadpool aswell. Just TP back to the bus if shit gets rough. Doom has invul on his kit and on medkit so plenty of panic buttoms. On hulkbusters, just cast the Vuln + Unthinkable + Pimp Gun to direct summons, hide behind stuff while your cooldowns refresh. Once Hydra comes, there should be a few hulkbusters left, just ult. Not worth saving for Skull.
Ninja Edit: Power Duration affects invul duration aswell, so might be worth stacking a well rolled Doom medal along with good rolled PD uniques.

& i checked when you offered for a costume / hero but didn’t have one.
Got my surtur rune (off some nice guy who literally just wanted 1 gok for it, he didnt know the price…i gave him 4 gok, 3 loki runes, and a nice core, so I wouldn’t feel bad), and rolled a really damn nice Fragment of Twilight. All numbers only a few off of being max. Immediately seeing changes in my hero is always a good thing.
And now I gotta rebuild my commendations, so I can start upgrading my gear to i63 and i69
