I own it as well, and I think that Daniel might be getting it. I’m pretty garbage at it, though, mostly due to not putting time into it/not quite understanding the mechanics, but I’d be willing to give it a whack. I can’t see myself getting too serious into it, until I give SFxT a try.
I know Kyle is relatively interested in KoF, at least.
I’m probably getting SCV, too. It’s one of those games I have fun with on my own far too much without actually caring about getting good, though, haha.
I do love KoF, but I’m so far away from being able to play against other people in it. I’m in the same boat as Shrub, the more I play it, the more I love it. It has one of my favorite fighting fame engines, easily.
Yeah, I feel that. I only just started learning combos today. It’s a start though.
I get out of the lab all happy, then I go to play a round and it’s just like I forgot everything. Ah well, more practice.

Just spent 2 hours getting schooled in KOF by Luca, highly recommend. The man simply destroys… it was mostly OCVs, and I don’t think I won a single match.

I’m curious to see how many people we get from NB, NS and PEI. Our PEI group is about 15 or 20 people, though at tournaments we usually get 10.
But, we’ve put posters for Island Showdown up all over the city, and already we’ve had some new players stopping by. Chances are we’ll have some people show up who even we don’t know.
